She insisted upon remaining very independent and lived in her own apartment until just before her demise. She leaves her loving daughter, Sherry Sharek (Dr. Robert), her devoted son Mitchel(Nancy), 3 wonderful grandchildren, Peter Kessler (Christina), Barry Sharek (Sarah), Brooke Kessler, and her 5 very adoring great-grandchildren (Reece & Henry Sharek, & Sophia, AJ, and Ian Kessler). These youngest members of the family helped keep her around as long as she could.
