Alberta "Birdie" Solomon's Obituary
Alberta “Birdie” Solomon, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, at the age of 97. She was born on February 17, 1929, and lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, devotion to family, and lasting memories.
Birdie was a woman of warmth, strength, and kindness whose presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her. She took great pride in her family and leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue for generations.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Susan (Eric) Goldbach, and her loving son, Steve Solomon. Birdie was a proud grandmother to Marc Goldbach; Eric (Arielle) Solomon; Tanya (Andy) Samet; Blake Solomon; and Brittany Solomon. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Reece Solomon and Cooper Solomon, who brought her immense happiness.
A funeral service will be held at Lakeside Memorial Park on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate her life.
Birdie will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love by all who knew her.
