Andree Anne Pierre's Obituary
Andrée left us for the Father's House as the veil of night lifted on 5th November 2025. She went peacefully in her sleep, symbolically out of darkness into the light of God. What a fitting end for a blessed life!
Hers was a courageous witness of how to embrace life's challenges with class, determination, grace. Looking back, her calling to raise a family alone must have been at times lonely, frequently scarry, given the pressures of a tough society.
But she kept all this secret, always offering us an image of unshakable steadiness.
Many of us will forever remember her distinctive laughter, her incredible generosity, her unwavering, sweet love for her family, her exceptional capacity to forgive. She touched lives in ways that could define for you what happiness is. She certainly fought the good fight.
During her later years she often reminded us of her faith in the Love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Memories faded, but that faith was a steady anchor for both mind and soul. Looking back, she managed to offer a personal goodbye to as many people as she could.
She surely has found refuge now in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Andrée is survived by Geraldine, her eldest daughter, her husband Lionel, their children Gabriel, Arabelle, Aida. Merlène, her second daughter. Kathleen, her youngest, her husband Damon, their children Xavier, Sébastien, Émilien, Alexianne. Her sisters Alourdes, Fernande, Guy her husband. Along with innumerable nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
The families Robergeau, Noël, Hunt, Pierre, Osias, Narcisse, Gayot, Lafalaise, Elie will miss her deeply. She is forever in our hearts.
