Beth Riva Rosenthal's Obituary
Beth Riva Rosenthal was born January 26, 1953 in Bronx, NY. She spent her childhood in Queens, NY summers at a camp in the Catskills. She graduated college with a degree in Biology and worked on an environmental project on Lake Chataqua NY. After receiving her Forensic Chemistry Masters she moved to Chicago working for the Illinois Department of Law Enforcement Crime Lab. She took a few years off to be with her two children Sam and Aaron Fisch. In 1987 she moved to West Palm Beach to work as a Forensic Scientist with Palm Beach Sheriff's Office Crime Lab. Towards the end of her career she began volunteering for Children's Home Society and Peggy Adams. After retiring in 2013 she continued to volunteer passionately for Hospice of Palm Beach County Resale Store. Her favorite title though, was "grandma" as she loved and was well-loved by her granddaughters, Marley Fisch, Lennon Fisch and Dylan Fisch. She supported charities in the area such as "Make-a-wish", "Ocean conservancy", "Wounded Warriors" and "St. Jude Hospital".
A graveside funeral service will take place at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens on Monday, June 30, 2025 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Beth's honor be made to one of the charities listed above.
