Carlos E. Palacios, resident of Coral Springs formerly of Quito, Ecuador, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2023. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Laura Palacios. He is survived by his adored sons Carlos R. Palacios, German Palacios, and Nelson Palacios, as well as his cherished daughter Susana. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm at Alexander Levitt Funerals and Cremations. 8135 W McNab Road, Tamarac, FL 33321
