Carol Cowan of Sunrise, Florida, formerly of Brooklyn, New York, passed away on December 18, 2019 at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Ned. Loving mother of Ivy Feinstein and Paul Cowan. There will be a chapel service on December 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 NW 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
