Charles Swack a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida formerly of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 60 years. Loving son of Bernard and the late Allegra. Devoted brother of Cheryl Swack (Tim McNabb) and Diana Salen (Jeffrey Salen – predeceased). Cherished uncle of Sofia Salen. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. A Chapel service will be held on January 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 N 72nd Ave., Hollywood, Florida 33024. Arrangements are entrusted to Alexander-Levitt Funeral & Cremains, Tamarac, Florida.
