Charlotte Blumstein a resident of Pompano Beach, Florida formerly of Brooklyn, New York passed away on July 11, 2021 at the age of 102 years. She is survived by her loving children Leonard, Steven and David. A Chapel service will be held on July 13, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. at Alexander0Levitt Funerals & Cremation, 8135 W.
