“In loving memory of David Sacks, a devoted father, brother, uncle and cherished friend, who passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2024 in the early hours of his home.
David’s remarkable talent in car repair was unparalleled. His hands seemed to be able to mend anything mechanical, reflecting his unwavering dedication and expertise. David was a beacon of support, always ready to lend a helping hand, and his generosity in sharing his skills left a lasting impact on those around him.
He is survived by his beloved son, Garret, and his siblings Barbara (Hank) Sacks Lerner and Steven (Gwen) Sacks. David’s presence will be deeply missed by his nephews Sam Lerner and Tyler Sacks. He found immense joy and companionship in the company of his special friends Cindy, Dj (Daniel) and Dakota Gunther, whom he loved as a son.
David’s life was a testament to the warmth and kindness he shared with others. He was predeceased by his parents, Aaron and Frances Sacks, leaving behind a legacy of love, camaraderie, and a passion for helping others that will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace.”
