Over the years he expanded his business including Florida, Georgia and Caribbean islands by the time he retired. In his later years he lived at The Palace at Coral Gables where he made many good friends, enjoyed an active social life and was loved by all. Ed was a member of Temple Beth Am. He enjoyed giving back to the community by volunteering with the Optimist Club, Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired and multiple myeloma support groups. He was a loving and devoted caregiver to his wife “Sis” during her long battle with cancer until her passing at the age of 70. Ed was blessed with a spirit of optimism and filled with an overflowing heart of love and generosity. He made an indelible and irreplaceable impact on the lives of everyone that knew him.
