Elaine Newberg's Obituary
Elaine Newberg, of Delray Beach, FL, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, just days shy of her 102nd birthday. Born on August 24, 1923, Elaine lived a long and meaningful life marked by love, resilience, and devotion to her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marvin Newberg. Elaine is survived by her loving children, daughter Shanti Gilbert and son Richard Newberg (Lori); cherished grandchildren Michael Newberg (Vildana Hajric) and David Newberg (Molly Dworski); and adored great-grandchildren Sophie, Nina, and Margo Newberg.
Elaine will be remembered for her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to those she loved. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Beth El Mausoleum in Boca Raton, FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Trustbridge Hospice, in honor of the compassionate care Elaine received.
