Rev. Vargas Ulloa is survived by his devoted wife, Josefa Garcia De Vargas, and his loving children: Loida Ortiz, Brigida Orellana, Lourdes Vargas, and Matilde Vargas. He was a cherished father-in-law to Tony Orellana and a proud grandfather to Joshualy Ortiz, Josue F. Ortiz (Sheila), Anthony Orellana, Jolie Orellana, and Elliott Orellana. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Brito and Aaron Brito.
He was preceded in death by his dear daughter, Eunice Orellana, whose memory he carried in his heart.
