Helen Reinstein's Obituary
Helen S. Reinstein (née Yerkes), age 98, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025, in Loxahatchee, Florida. Born on April 20, 1927, in Boston, Massachusetts, Helen lived a long and meaningful life, beloved by her family and many dear friends.
She graduated from Jeremiah E. Burke High School in Boston, Massachusetts, and continued her education at Fay School, Beacon Hill, Massachusetts.
Helen was a Legal Secretarial Supervisor for many years with the law firm of Hale and Dorr, Boston, Massachusetts.
Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Melvin Reinstein; her parents, Betty Dobrow Yerkes Kaplan and Joseph Yerkes; and her brothers, Alvin Yerkes and Ira Yerkes. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.
She is lovingly remembered by many, especially her children, Nancy Reinstein Bettencourt, David Reinstein, and Carol Reinstein Mullen.
