Inna Karpov's Obituary
“Inna Karpov, 73, of Delray Beach passed away on August 17, 2022. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 12pm at Beth David Memorial Gardens with Rabbi Shalom Korf officiating. She is survived by her husband Victor Karpov, daughters Julia Karpov (Patrick) and Michelle Karpov, and her sister Polina (Boris).
Inna was born in St. Petersburg, Russia on January 21, 1949 to Sterna and Michael. She fell in love with her handsome husband, Victor, and together they raised two daughters. She immigrated to the USA with her family in 1979 and they made their home in Memphis, TN.
Upon retirement, Inna and Victor moved to Delray Beach where they were welcomed by their community and Inna really enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and her myriad of activities. She was always on the go! Inna was a kind, generous, and beautiful woman with definitive style and grace. She was quick with a smile and her razor sharp wit, but always generous of her heart and time. Smart as a whip, she was a senior chemist during her long career at Schering Plough where she worked on and was given patents for creating formulas for some of the most popular sunscreen brands we all wear today. She was a very special light and we will miss her terribly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chabad of Delray.
