June Butnick's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of June Butnick announces her passing on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the age of 89. She is survived by
her brother, Lawrence Rawiszer and will be lovingly remembered by her children Laurie, Terri and Fran and their spouses Dennis and Janusz.
June was also adored by her grandchildren Roddy, Russ and Tara.
June was born October 28, 1928 in the Bronx, New York. Rose and Jack were her parents and 8 years later her brother Larry came along. June met Walter right before he went
into the Army and then married on February 5, 1949. This marriage produced three girls who would always be the center of June's world. She loved music (always singing
along with the radio), bingo and poker. She would watch her favorite shows on TV like Columbo, Judge Judy and Dr. Phil for hours and hours.
We were blessed to learn may valuable lessons from June during her 89 years, among them: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all; one mother can
take care of ten children but ten children can't take care of one mother; don't buy a house with stairs, you will live to regret it someday; and never go to bed angry.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the Alexander-Levitt Funeral Home, 8135 W McNab Road, Tamarac, FL. 33321. Burial will
be private.
Friends and family are welcome to the Zynis home, 5201 NW 96 Drive, Coral Springs, FL. 33076 where the family will be sitting shiva on Friday, February 9, 2018
from 3:30 - 6:00 PM and again on Sunday, February 11, 2018 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
