Paul Kornfield's Obituary
Paul Kornfield son of Harry & Pearl Kornfield from Brooklyn, New York born on August 16th, 1946. Paul resided in their home with his wife, son Marc and daughter-in-law Beth of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away on August 8th, 2023 at 3:40am with Marc and Beth in the hospital at his bed side. Beloved husband of Ellen Kornfield. Loving father and father-in-law of Marc Kornfield of Port Saint Lucie, Michael Kornfield of Martinsville, Indiana and Beth Kornfield of Port Saint Lucie. Proud grandfather of Caleb & Willhelm, Andrew and Tristen.
Paul met his wife while they were at a social event in high school and began to fall in love. Right after they were married, he was drafted to serve our country in Vietnam with the US Army from 1968 – 1970.
He spent nearly 4 decades of his career with Satco Products, Inc. He was a dedicated family man, the jokester around the family table especially during the Jewish holidays. Paul and his wife Ellen loved traveling and visiting new places. They have flown and cruised around the world together as well as with their lifetime friends and family.
Paul is a tall, blue eyed, full head with salt and pepper hair, very handsome man and knew how to dress in his own stylish clothes, and recently before he passed, he was given his first pair of stylish Crocs to wear.
He was a coach for his children’s sport teams, band parent while Marc was in high school and playmate with his grandchildren, nephew Josh and family.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 13th, 2023 from 11:30 – 12:00pm, at Beth David Memorial Gardens at 3201 N. 72nd Avenue in Hollywood, Fl 33024. Services will be on Sunday, August 13th, 2023 at 12pm in the chapel at Levitt Weinstein at Beth David. Graveside Service will follow the service.
