Pauline Taxman's Obituary
Pauline Taxman (née Cohen) passed away peacefully in Boca Raton, Florida on December 22,2023 at the age of 90. Pauline was born in Chicago, Illinois , the daughter of Betty and Max Cohen. She was married to Fred for 41 years. They lived in Chicago for many years and then relocated to South Florida where she remained the rest of her life.
Pauline’s greatest joy was spending time with her family members. She traveled all around the country so she could always be part of her children’s, grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s lives. She enjoyed celebrating births, weddings, Bar and Bar Mitzvahs and holidays in Cleveland, Houston, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Virginia and Alabama.
She is survived by her children Marcee Bortnick (Chuck), Susie Eisenberg and Michael Taxman (Jennifer); her grandchildren: Danny Bortnick (Joanna), Lisa Hsin (JD), Julie Bortnick, David Eisenberg, Max Taxman, Isabel Taxman; and her great grandchildren : Blake Bortnick, Jace Bortnick, Talia Hsin and Ezra Hsin.
A private funeral service with all her family will be held in her honor.
