Philip J. Kodroff a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away on August 3, 2020 at the age of 60 years. Philip is survived by his loving mother Rachael DiMarco of Pembroke Pines, Florida and his dear brother Bruce Kodroff of Georgia and sister Marcy Johnson of Philadelphia, PA. Cherished girlfriend Paula Giordano. A memorial service will be held on August 16, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 NW 72nd Ave., Hollywood, Florida 33024.
