Rachel always encouraged me to strive for better in my life and served as a beacon of hope for things to get better. Whether it was to stop by and help her with her TV or just to stop on by and say hello; I always left Rachel’s home filled with warmth and a smile on my face.

She will never be forgotten and it was a pleasure to be her friend and neighbor for the time we knew one another.
