Ralph Pereira's Obituary
Ralph Pereira, M.B.A., C.T.P., of Los Angeles, California, passed away on April 1st, 2024, at the age of 61.
Ralph Pereira was a Certified Treasury Professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in Treasury and Financial Management in both public and private companies. Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Ralph pursued his passion for finance early on; attending Fordham University, earning a Bachelor's of Business Administration from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College, and later obtaining his Master's of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ralph held key roles in esteemed organizations such as Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Paramount Pictures Corporation, Salton Inc., and SNF Management Company, LLC. As a Treasury Manager, Director of Cash Management, and Assistant Treasurer, he managed multimillion-dollar budgets and played a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and success of each enterprise.
Ralph was not only a consummate professional but also a beloved friend, colleague, and mentor. His unwavering dedication, integrity, and expertise earned him the respect and admiration of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was known for his hands-on approach, keen eye for detail, and ability to inspire those around him to excel.
In addition to his professional achievements, Ralph cherished his loved ones and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and fond memories. Ralph Pereira is survived by his mother Lilly Pereira, his brothers Michael, Alberto and Kenny, his sisters Diana and Frances, his nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A memorial service to celebrate Ralph's life will be held at Alexander - Levitt Funerals and Cremations located at 8135 West McNab Road, Tamarac, FL 33321 on Friday, April 5th, 2024 from 1 p.m. till 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Broward County.
