She is survived by her devoted children, Audrey Velasquez and Giovanni Velasquez (Maria); her loving siblings, Carlos Bermudez (Ines), Fanny Bermudez, Teresa Bermudez (Nando), and Estella Bermudez; and her cherished grandson, Steven Velasquez. Rosa Elena’s life was a testament to love, resilience, and family, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
