“The death of a loved one is fraught with a slew of emotions---sadness, nervousness, anxiety, pressure. From the initial communications with personnel at Alexander-Levitt, my fears and concerns subsided, allowing me to arrange my mother's funeral with peace of mind. At every step of the process, my family and I were treated with compassion, courtesy, and competence. Tanya Reid handled the beginning stages, gathering facts, making inquiries, fielding questions, and getting everything in order. Then Gina Villano followed up, furnishing pertinent details of the burial particulars. When I visited the Alexander-Levitt facility in Tamarac, Gina had all the paperwork at the ready for me, scrupulously prepared. That the funeral service proceeded in seamless fashion, without a hitch, is a testament to the professionalism and expertise displayed in the planning phase. And after I followed up the ceremony by submitting a personalized remembrance of my mom to be included on the website, Gina had the tribute posted in a matter of minutes. “I would like to express my gratitude for the services provided by Alexander & Levitt Funeral Home in Tamarac, Florida. Tanya and Jane were extremely cordial and constantly ensured that I did not have to worry about a thing during those most difficult moments following the passing of a loved one. I had been looking for the most economical option, but since all the prices were roughly the same, I decided to go with them because I could tell they took their work very seriously. I truly didn't have to do anything at all; they took care of everything. They are highly professional, and when I went to collect the ashes, I was very impressed by the facility—it was beautiful and pleasant. I recommend them with complete confidence.”
