“In the middle of the night, I was able to contact Tanya to start helping me with the process of putting in motion the pre - need plans for that moment. She was very kind, empathetic, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled correctly, and no detail was missed. “Tanya, you are the most phenomenal, guiding, and gentle soul when it comes to the funeral and cremations process. As a person so young, let alone at eighteen, you helped me through your honest view on what steps to take next. I lost my father so recently, and it completely felt like everything shattered around me. As a recent highschool graduate, nobody could ever fathom how quickly our loved ones could depart from us. I was certainly not prepared, and it doesn’t mean you have to be either. It was even more tough with the circumstances that followed after my dad passed away. However, despite how brutal reality could seem, Tanya worked with me to her greatest capacity to let my father rest quickly. I know my dad would be beyond proud of the work that Alexander-Levitt Funeral service has to offer, and thank you for letting his spirit rest. There’s no words that can capture the extent of how sincere and kind this service is, let alone what it can go so far to achieve. The help and the kindness he received as a veteran even after his passing is remarkable. I’m even more happy to see that he’ll be received at a national cemetery with the help of the VA too. “Tonya was excellent. She took care of everything for our family. She was on constant contact and answered all of questions as they came up. She explained the process and even arranged for our clergy. Even after the funeral she was always available to speak with any members of our family even though some were out of state . The most important quality that Tonya exhibits is compassion. She is warm and loving person who cares and realizes what a family goes through when they lose a loved one. God bless Tonya.”
