Dr Samuel. Zuckerman 97 years old, residing at Tamarac Fla. Samuel died early morning on Sept 11,2018 Samuel was a member of the greatest generation. He was born in Camden ,New Jersey. He served in World War 11 in North Africa and Italy theater. He became a qualified navy pilot and returned home. After an honorable discharge. He entered podiatry school where he graduated from Temple School of Podiatry. His surgical residency was at Temple as well. He was a original founding member of the academy of ambulatory foot and ankle surgery, a speciality organization in minimal invasive foot surgery. Samuel practiced over 50 years in Salem, New Jersey. In addition he was a licensed board of Health Officier. He also was Salem City register of Vital Statistics. Samuel was the first podiatrist to become president of Health System Agency. This agency was developed by President Ford to allow local healthcare planning. Samuel is survived by his wife Barbara. They were married for over 60 years. Son of the late Ceil and Jacob Zuckerman. Samuel is survived by three children Paula Probber (Barry) , Robert Zuckerman( Katie) and Dr David Zuckerman (Jessica) Sam use to brag that he delivered, David at home,signed the birth certificate, was the father, and signed as register of vital statistics ..three times on the same birth certificate A feat that will last forever He has four grandchild Michael Probber, Derrick Zuckerman, Michael Zuckerman, and Zack Zuckerman.. seven beautiful great grand children, Zoe,Alexander,Lucas,Griffin,Hudson Natalia and Myah as well as Remy Zuckerman.a Yorkshire terrier.
